New Media’s “WHY?”
I’ve been the owner/operator wearing seven different hats, trying to get by in certain aspects because I did not know how to do things, I was scared to try or I simply did not think I could afford it. That is a feeling I will never forget…..
When we launched New Media I set out to help business owners in that exact same position. I have spent the last few years building friendships with everybody I have worked with. My job is to help you reach your goals, identify opportunities to grow and work with you to get there. So often our work has led us beyond what this website will tell you our services are. It’s relationships like these that have helped us continue to grow.
MEET THE TEAM
Kyle New
Owner / Creative Director
Kyle was born and raised in Alachua, FL. His early childhood was predominantly run by sports year round. Growing up in a big family created a competitive spirit early on in life. Kyle was a two time varsity letterman in football in high school and entertained a few small school offers coming out. He chose to enter the workforce and shortly after join the Navy Reserves. In 2012 he taught himself how to play guitar, and the love affair began. Soon after learning music, he became interested in audio engineering. This led to video production, photography and the digital world as we know it today. In 2016 Kyle grouped all of the knowledge together and poured it into drone technology. As a business owner already, Kyle identified an opportunity to use the knowledge and skill he developed to help other business owners. His ability to identify issues and provide solutions helped catapult and launch a new business venture….New Media. Kyle loves the opportunity to work with small business owners every day and help them expand, simplify and continue to grow their business. His passion for helping others pours into his work, and is visible in every one in his life.
Jamal Anderson
Photographer / Videographer / Drone Pilot
Born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL, Jay was drawn to the entertainment industry at an early age. From a high school basketball standout to an up and coming music artist, Jay developed the passion early in life. As he progressed in the creative field he discovered a new passion…..being behind the camera. Starting out with photography, that quickly evolved into videography and brought out the creative within. Jay spent the next few years building an elite portfolio to include modelling, product, music videos, commercials, weddings and everything in between. Over the last year Jay has taken that passion to the air as a drone pilot. He has had the opportunity to travel coast to coast sharing his gift, his passion and his positive energy to create a brand….”Shooters Touch Films” If you’ve been around you’ve undoubtably heard the name, or seen the man himself as he is a staple in the production community in Gainesville.
